This is the Platinum Crown paint which according to DRPA compares with  Citadel Canoptek Alloy and is from the Metallic range of Two Thin Coats which is a hobby paint range that comes in a variety of colours in shadow, midtone, highlights, washes and glazes for your hobby needs.
